Lease term is 3 years. No upfront cost, instead just 10% of net prizemoney will be paid to owner. $3500 to $4000 monthly training fees so for example, a 10% lease share will be $350/$400 a month. Take a look at their pedigrees on Horses Available, and make an enquiry!
